Centre U Fit is now located at 8340 Bombardier Street in Anjou!
We are proud to announce that we moved on June 1, 2024, to a 6,000-square-foot space compared to our previous 2,800 square feet. We will be located at 8340 Bombardier Street in Anjou! Come visit Centre U Fit 2.0 by participating in one of our classes or training solo!
We have kept our concept of group classes and private training, while adding flexible training memberships available through reservations, just like all of our other services!

Renovations completed!
Finally, after a few months of waiting, our renovations are complete. We will now welcome you into a larger space, and you’ll also have access to brand new showers!
Who are we?
The family
UFit Centre was opened in 2019 by two friends and business partners, Luis and Clarence. It was from their passion that the idea came to open a fitness center that would help all their clients achieve their fitness goals.
Rather than focusing on quantity, we focus on quality. Indeed, by offering private sessions, semi-private sessions, and group classes, UFIT has made it its mission to create a pleasant environment for training.
